Jennifer Hatfield, Director of Activities, began her services with the facility in January 2005. She has more than 12 years of experience in health care, including work in the psychiatric field as well as long-term care. Ms. Hatfield earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation at the University of North Texas. She is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist through the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification. |

Woodie Davis Jr., Director of Buildings and Grounds, has served in his current capacity since July of 2000. He has more than 10 years of experience in the health care maintenance field, three years as Assistant Maintenance Director at Countryside YMCA, two years in the residential housing maintenance field, and a background in construction through a family business. |

Teresa D. Hartman, Director of Admissions and Social Services, has been with Quaker Heights since October 2004. She initially served as the Staffing Coordinator and Front Desk Receptionist, then became Director of Marketing and Admissions in 2005, and assumed her current role in 2011. Teresa has more than 10 years of experience in the health care field including staff development, recruitment and retention and marketing. Ms. Hartman is currently Quaker Heights Care Community's Diversity Team leader, and volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Waynesville Area Chamber of Commerce. |

Sherry R. Lamb, Director of the Business Office and Director of Human Resources, joined the team in February of 2005 as the Accounts Payable Coordinator. She became the Director of the Business Office in 2005 and in 2009 took on the additional role of Human Resource Director. She has 25 years of business experience. Ms. Lamb has been the volunteer treasurer for Sure Foundation Ministries for more than 10 years and is a member of the Warren County Safety Council. |

Marla K. Murphy-Cantu, Director of Clinical Nutrition and Registered Dietician, has served in her current capacity since October of 2007. Ms. Murphy-Cantu earned her undergraduate degree in Dietetics at Bowling Green State University, and then completed a post-baccalaureate ADA (American Dietetic Association) accredited Dietetic Internship at The Ohio State University. Following her internship, Marla returned to her alma mater where she pursued graduate work in Nutrition and Public Health. Marla is a current member of the American Dietetic Association. |

Nancy Rice, Director of Clinical Services, has served Quaker Heights Care Community since November of 2003. She has more than 13 years of experience in the health care field, including clinical nursing, case management, social work and administrative management positons in long term care. Ms. Rice earned her nursing degree from Butler County Technical-Vocational School. |

Barry Robbins, Director of Ancillary Services, has been with Quaker Heights since December of 1985. Mr. Robbins was a full time STNA (State Tested Nursing Assistant) for nine years before moving into Medical Records and Purchasing. Mr. Robbins has directed Human Resources, the Business Office, and Housekeeping/Laundry. Currently he is Director of Medical Records, Purchasing, Housekeeping/ Laundry and part of the Human Resources Department. |

Wendy Waters-Connell, Executive Director, has served in her current capacity since May of 1999. She has more than 25 years of experience in the health care field. This experience includes progressive nursing and administrative management positions in acute care as well as long term care. Ms. Waters-Connell earned her undergraduate nursing degree from Miami University and her Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Wright State University. She then furthered her education in Nursing Home Administration with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Ms. Waters-Connell is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She is currently a board member of the National Friends Mutual Group Health and the Friends Services for the Aging. Ms. Waters-Connell also served as the Vice-President of the Board of Directors for the national Peace Church Risk Retention Group. She is a member of the Advisory Council for the School for Engineering and Applied Science at Miami University. Ms. Waters-Connell was also a member of Warren County Diversity Council, Warren County Area Progress Council, and is the past President of the Butler Warren Workforce Policy Board. |

Amanda Yauger, Administrator, has served Quaker Heights since May of 2000. She has worked in a long term care environment for 19 years. Ms. Yauger earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Miami University. She then furthered her education in Nursing Home Administration by attending the Core of Knowledge in Nursing Home Administration at the Max M. Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. She currently is Chair of the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio Advisory Council. Ms. Yauger also has served on the Waynesville Rotary, the Waynesville Chamber of Commerce Board and the Alzheimer's Association Advisory Committee for Butler/Warren County. |
